LOL!! If i remember correctly that's Ein, the bassist of SOAP (also in Jiyuu e no Shotai PV). He's fail, literally!!
And i don't know about other people, but even as their fan i always think L'arc have painfully corny PVs in this era, even though they look to be enjoyed it the most. And this hyde's hairstyle is my least favorite over the years.
